明迪（敏迪·卡靈 Mindy Kaling 飾）是一名婦產(chǎn)科醫(yī)生，在工作中勤勤懇懇兢兢業(yè)業(yè)的她，在生活里卻相當(dāng)?shù)牟豢孔V，接二連三的鬧出不少的笑話。因此，時(shí)至今日，她依舊形單影只，孤身一人，渴望著某一天，某位白馬王子能同她最愛(ài)的電影里的情節(jié)那樣突然降臨到自己的身邊。
