一直以來(lái)，丹尼（Chris D'Elia 飾）都自信是一名把妹高手，新室友賈斯?。˙rent Morin 飾）的到來(lái)更令他堅(jiān)定了這一想法，因?yàn)橘Z斯汀和他的一幫子朋友一樣，屬于那種十分渴望但永遠(yuǎn)都泡不到姑娘的“宅男”。于是，丹尼自告奮勇主動(dòng)出擊，提出通過(guò)專業(yè)而系統(tǒng)的課程，來(lái)幫助宅男們一圓他們“抱得美人歸”的夢(mèng)想。
